Is there a watermark on the free plan?

Burned-in videos made on Base carry a watermark. Plus and Team remove it. Subtitle files are never watermarked.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Base includes 30 free minutes every month and needs no card.

How are minutes counted?

By video length: a 20-minute episode uses about 20 minutes. Rendering a burned-in video from the editor uses the video’s length again. Minutes are only used when a job finishes.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, online from your subscription page. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period and aren’t charged again.
